I also am not one seeking hundreds of rentals, but want a few quality homes to keep things simpler.I do not want to payoff the home(s), but would rather have the tenant pay it down for me.

While there are still some good deals on the MLS, this time of year, I would encourage you to seek out deals through other sources.

Once the property is under contract I am willing to assist with the estimate process with intentions of making the deal happen, this way it’s a win win for all parties.

Figure out what yours is and seek the answers.  :-)One thing to consider is if it's someplace you want to visit year after year. 

Hello, my first time too that I am running into this for a tenant that is requesting for rental assistance through the county.

What you seek does not exist.Being an investor-friendly title company requires unique local knowledge and the ability to be creative, flexible, smart and willing.You won't find that combo in a national title company.

I've had more than 10 local rentals and assisted others with finding homes.  

Because I am not currently seeking employment, I was hoping to rely on my father and his leverage to help.
