I have tenants that move every 3-5 years and prefer not to own a property until they settle down when they retire. 

I retired from my teaching job 2 school years ago and it is a huge duty, responsibility, and obligation to me to do so!!!

It almost seems like once i got out of being a residential agent in 2000's i been dealing with such paralysis analysis..I know for a fact my passion is real estate i want to retire myself out of my corporate job.

My goal is to generate enough passive income one day to retire. 

At retirement time they would take their one exemption.

I'm also active duty Air Force...so I'm working as both now before I retire.
