Is your real estate knowledge based on a Carlton Sheets home study course, or do you have a Masters in Real Estate Development from MIT?

I'm looking at master tap options or maybe even a tap to a water tower then distribute from there.

I completed my masters last May and started a full time job as a scientist with the state of Kansas.

I want to go back to school and get my masters in an area that will elevate my company and help establish myself in the investing industry ( I do not want to be an agent I want to be an investor).

Also, if this is allowed to act as a quad, does anyone know if you can sub-meter on a R1-C zone, or does it have to stay master-metered?

Try to purchase ONE, get Master Lease on other Lot.

See if you can access the only bathroom from the hall but that typically is shied away from by the master bedroom people but if it is the only one it may be accepted. 

I immediately turned it into a house hack, renting out 2 bedrooms and living in the Master bedroom the first day I moved in.
