RVs add a large element of transiency to your park and its cash in cash out daily so unless your going to be there or you trust your park manager taking cash deposits daily then i wouldn't bother.

I can think of the following:Buy and Flip - buy it and sell once things stabilize and the market hardensBuy and rent to short term vacation rentals - Daily or weekly rentals via AirBnB or VRBOBuy and rent long-term - renters looking to live abroad for 4-6 months, etc.Curious to hear any other methods people have used in this type of situation!

In my actions, I find that I value financial security more wealth because on a daily basis I make choices that do not optimize wealth building, I'll buy that cold coke when I'm thirsty even if I'm just 30 minutes from my house (my frugal husband won't).
