Have your Realtor write up the objection form for your state that outlines your request and submit it.

I think my 'passion' would be more for flipping houses but would love the long term residual of rental properties.I'm currently reading J Scott's "The Book on Flipping Houses" and LOVE the detailed outline coaching me through each piece.

We have been following the bigger pockets outline of how to analyze a deal but when we run the numbers, it’s seems like none of the properties we look at are “deals”.

The contract outlines the consequences (if any) if one of the parties doesn't perform.
