Searching for a true guru in multifamily investing

I am interested in investing in multi family apartment complex but do not know about the process so I decided to get educated in the field so that I can make the best use of my hard earned money . Searched a lot on internet and found everyone guaranteeing best results but any suggestions on really good gurus with actual results.Any recommendations please will save my time and hard earned money.
