I noticed the bottom sill is completely damaged by termites I'm assuming.

You'll get a number of agents in the list, then at the bottom it lists "home owner" with a phone number, there's no picture for them so it is easy to skip over.

Plus, I have invested so much in getting them up and running, including extensive rehab in almost all of them, they really don't require a lot of maintenance, so I have a hard time paying a PM company to collect rent and deal with the occasional issues.I was able to purchase these so fast because I flipped 3 houses in Columbus in 2011 (the bottom of the RE market here) and cashed out and bought 3 rentals.

For Arts & Crafts style, if you use double hung windows the upper sash would have dividers but the bottom sash would not have dividers.

Crappy school district but I substitute teach at one of their schools that is at the bottom of the rung  and it isn't a bad school.
