i am there within 30 mins if it's a special call. i always have a smile and know them by name (easy, since they are just 10 houses).no fans for me, they are expensive and break down.we dont increase rent and have them signed for 3yrs+. turnovers kill me mentally, so i'd rather not have any.

I used to work very hard to break people out of that moronic mentality.

As for people having fear of speaking, that's just crazy (oh saying that I could be sued for hate speech against people that might possibly read this and have mental illness- and yes I know mental illness is a very serious disease and have great compassion for those that have it) Please people, don't give into that type of fear.

Even after spending a long time researching and reading beforehand, it can still be a shock when you start showing the rental and discover what type of people and mentality you're dealing with.

Now, in reality, many of the tenants have certian personality problems or mental issues, a contributing reason why some are in the program, these people may be difficult to deal with at times, but you are in control.
