About getting rid of an entity that allows people to feed their entitlement mentality ;-)Is there any wonder this is tending toward a political discussion?

If you're looking to build a large portfolio of homes like I've done, you almost have to into your rehabs with an 'apartment' mentality but still make the house desirable to live in for prospective tenants...Flooring: Definitely use as much tile as possible.

Have been able to handle the situations so far (my previous experience as a mental health case manager comes into play often).

You have to prove that you have the skills set and mentality to win at the RE game.

You have to be ready to live and they will die is the mentality you have to take.

The hedge fund influence is undeniable  along with the heard mentality 2 to 4 years ago the Aussies were so hot on Atlanta it was crazy..

Start having an abundant mentality and realize there is enough out there for all, so if the numbers make sense for you, let the wholesaler make his/her split.Just my two cents....

@Pavel Sakurets  I understand not wanting to drive around but is this a " buy bulk unseen" mentality or is this a "Grab a list and drive to the properties on the list" mentality ?

Many have consumer mentality.
