Now as Shepherd finished the construction and waiting for final occupancy next Tuesday from the health department which I pray to God finally happens.

Along with pursuing my initial goal of owner occupied commercial property with my gym as a business, because my passion of health truly helps others in many other aspects besides just looking good.

Residents will also have access to onsite meals, WiFi, toilets, showers, mental health/housing support, job training/placement, and a small dog run.

Also, I'm again approaching this opportunity with an abundance mentality; resisting the urge to place self-limiting beliefs that this isn't for me and that I should "start small," or not pursue something that could have been introduced for a reason.Going into this meeting with the seller's agent, I've located a buyer's agent who has investors with the capability to purchase, in the right locations. 

I think I would apply my mental energies to other things.

Has anyone sold vacant land with a note carryback and been concerned that the person buying the land does something to create an environmental health hazard? 

@Timothy Pauldon If the property is in livable condition, no health and safety issue we will  be able to do the loan.

For those of you that have left W-2 job wondering at what point you felt comfortable doing that, was there a certain magic number you had to have, did you have a plan in place before leaving, did you ever look back, what did you end up doing, and how did you manage getting health insurance.

Dialysis, equipment rental, dental, Chiro, home daycare, health alarm services, etc.
