If not you should be able to see where the main drain line exits the house so you can at least get a sense of which direction the tank should be.

I find my self getting stressed out using them, mainly because I feel like they are more complicated and much less user friendly than others I have used in the past; Turbo Tax, HR Block etc.

And you can use portfolio/commercial loans sooner if you like but in general they have higher rates or some other feature that isn't as good as a Fannie/Freddie loan. 

My main focus due to my financial situation has been wholesaling strategies, but I want to expand into every avenue of RE Investing.

Account Closed : We are renting out the top 3 bedroom flat of the duplex on an annual lease and living in the main floor flat. 

Yes, it could of been much worse.However, my main concern, is making sure the tenants are smart enough to not to do it again. 

Hello everyone, I currently have 6 properties all in Maine and all insured through Allstate. 5 are landlord policies (3 unit, 4 unit, 3 unit, sfh and 3 unit) and one is home owner (4 unit).

The 2 big players which I consider my main competition currently have their hands full.
