I'm glad to be joining the Bigger Pocket community! My eyes have been opened to the endless opportunities in Real Estate Investing. I've spent the last few weeks learning everything that I can from Forums, Podcast, Videos etc. My main focus due to my financial situation has been wholesaling strategies, but I want to expand into every avenue of RE Investing. I hope to be received with open arms and open minds. I am beginning my Journey in the Inland Empire CA. I am eager to meet up with local investors at our community REIC at the end of this Month. If anyone can offer guidance, know that I will repay it with attentiveness and my full effort in terms of prospecting, speaking to sellers, and anything else I can assist with.
