The listings are "Rent to Own" copies of legitimate listings for pennies on the dollar.

As one example, I hear stories of people buying properties with "no money down" and I'd like to figure out if there are any legitimate ways to purchase a property in that manner.  

Of course you are correct when the contractor has a legitimate claim.

That's THE number one complaint I see from investors over and over again in different online venues.

Does anyone know under the Fair Housing Act what our obligation as landlords is to accommodate service dogs and if we can ask for documentation to prove this dog is actually a  legitimate service dog?

We would like to do this as a legitimate business, ie: a partnership.
