Hard to find Lenders in Alaska, Any Ideas?

I am looking for lenders out of Alaska for financing multifamily and other commercial real estate. I can go through my local bank as we have a good relationship, but would like another quicker, less stringent alternative for certain situations.  My accountant (California) recommended B2R finance who is now merged with another company and does not service Alaska.

Any ideas?
