Dont try to time the market, just look at each property independent and analyze it from there.

For independent operators if you bought right and don't have too much debt you can weather the storm, but nationally large chains appear to be suffering.

Catch up on your bookkeeping, have documentation for all the income and expenses, etc.Basically, prepare as if you were going to be audited, because it might be close to that level of scrutiny.

Not to mention all the other verbiage about requesting an audit of your business at your expense whenever they feel like it.

Do you get an independent appraiser to look at the property for you?

I believe the eviction moratorium is independent of anyone asking for help.

That is based on my market with a small independent landscaper.
