You're clearly not understanding what a Lease Option strategy is, or how it works...and this format is very difficult to do the explanation justice. 

Not a, "oh its great, people are great, events are great" bland statement, but actual numbers, business connections, new ventures, etc in a before/after format. 

I would prefer to use a web based platform to do it so that I can download the property info that I query into a format that I can send to a company to do my mailers.

Certainly there are ways they can circumvent you in this format, but any reasonable, knowledgable investor who sees down the road will know that to burn a bridge brings a bad rep and no deals from that person ever again.

Steal the formatting and ideas but don't lie like they do claiming 77% returns.
