Do you in the course of business sell other properties to other LLc’s for the same price as you sold to your LLC?

I did the same thing I would click an episode and if wasn't them I would go on to the next one.

The ad copy was pretty much the same as what I have posted many other times so I am not sure why they had an issue with it other than possibly they didn't like that her IP address was in the Philipines. 

I've done it both on Air BnB and by going direct, with a 30 day min stay, averaging out to be about 3-6 months each guest.

There is 820k left on the loan at 2.25%, it has been sitting on the market for about 100 days, and they are asking just over 1.15 mil.
