@JD @JD Martin when your parent gets ill and dies within about 6 weeks you dont think about things like phone plans.As for paying it back - i have recommended this company to everyone, stayed with them for a decade and I also pay it forward by extending a helping hand (and cash) to those that need help.

Lets not forget many areas of the country it is very common for foundations to extend well above grade, especially in SFR, which as you have implied would likely increase its susceptibility to fire damage.

Squirrels in attic cost me $350 for a week of trapping (came by every day to check Traps), but then they will sell you the exclusion service, where the solve the problem (construction gap) by installing metal alont the roof to gutter line (plywood does not extend all the way down and there is about a 2" gap, sometime covered bg the shingles).
