Thought I'd share with you step by step how we move thru the process and such, since there seems to be alot of folks asking if anyone has done this, or just researched it.

Most importantly, there needs to be a good tenant screening process.

The only thing better than that would be the first option and actually complete the 1031 and don't pay any tax at all.Feel free to reach out if you'd like to process further.
