T-Bone, I'm addressing your objection in more detail although you did bring it up for debate in another thread over a month ago.You're looking at the numbers which is a good angle of debate.Some of BMC markets have negative cash flow (Atlanta) and others have potential for positive cash flow or break even points (I think you would be interested in our Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Philadelphia properties in this case as the home prices are low- $80,000-$150,000 and rents are high).

And I appreciate being shown to be off or wrong in the spirit of informed debate and intellectual honesty.

@Rudy Curtler  - within the BP community, there has been much debate as to whether self storage is Passive or Active income.

While they can jointly form a LLC, there is considerable debate as to whether they can then add capital to the LLC once it is formed. 

This is clearly a polarizing issue for debate with strong feelings on both sides of the issue.  

That's a fact, you can debate it with yourself if you want to :)So think twice about aligning yourself in anyway with such a product. 

Then that buyers name starts floating around as someone not to do business with etc.Not debating the merits of it just saying brokers and agents have a long memory of the flakes and other buyers out to screw them out of commission to try and buy something.Best thing to do is learn how to swim with the current up river instead of against it.
