The cook co taxes keep going up,  and even with the prospect of increasing value,  how fast do you think the property will sell??

Although outdoor dining offers an attractive option for customers who may be bored with takeout fare or home-cooking, local restaurateurs say the expensive process of creating or expanding their outdoor dining spaces has been anything but a picnic.

They eat out a lot, not into cooking much, they are happy to microwave a burrito. 

I have plans on doing the same hopefully in 2 years which would put me at 32 years old as well. haha I have 2 properties right now but looking to have a couple more before I can walk away ! 

I tried a hard money lender, they wanted me to have $12k in cash to start, I tried refinancing my house, my personal credit score is stopping me at this point.
