However, I don't know if the Denver/Parker area will continue to appreciated like it has. 

I have heard some people create an LLC for each house they own. again newbie investor here so if anyone with real experience see a flaw in my message. please educate us newbies.

Because we are heavily invested in the area, the city is bringing in thousands of jobs, and the University of Arizona is continually expanding, we were confident that homes would appreciate substantially over the next few years.
