I am guessing that you're selecting a less comprehensive coverage than I am and also, my property's age is going to be a big factor in the higher cost of the policy relative to yours.

Go through your normal application process with anyone over the age of 18 (i.e. application, comprehensive screening, employer verification, etc.) and make sure they are all on the lease.

A really great overview with a decent bit of technical information. 

My experience in real estate isn't vast, but finding a reliable set of comprehensive data appears to be one of the harder steps in the flipping process.There are far more seasoned investors on this website, so any recommendations on websites, databases, or software would be greatly appreciated.
