Prospective tenant wants lease in just her name

I have a four bedroom that I am renting out. This prospective tenant would have six people living there all together, two couples and two minors. She wants to be the only one on the lease. She said she wants to have the control. She can afford it herself and has a long term job and everything else checks out but I think it’s a little weird not to even put her husband on the lease at least. I hate to be skeptical but I try to be careful with what I am doing legally. Either she wants to leave her husband or she is doesn’t want me to know something about the people that would be moving in with her. Maybe she just wants to be “the boss” like she says and they are okay people. What do you think? Am I being too skeptical?

Our policy is anyone over 18 goes on the lease and gets a background check, if they have a criminal past or sex offender register and they commit a crime you could have some liability in it. I would play it safe, this could be red flag not to rent to them
