For example, a local grocery anchored shopping center had Salad works in the center but the location didn't work out for Salad works so they closed the store but kept up all of the signage because it is still marketing for them while they are obligated to pay rent. 

Personally in my market, I wouldn't bother, but if you have more units than tenants in your area and you need to:For low-cost staging, I have used Rent-A-Center. 

Or a data center where online information is physically stored?  

I do see many homes planned to be constructed but not much along the lines of restaurants, groceries, entertainment centers, home depot etc etc that make the area more livable.

The property line is pretty much dead center down the driveway.

The location is in walking distance from a Walmart and right down the road from a new, large shopping center.

If you're building a data center, those customers are national or international.

I've kicked that around a bit and even reached out to our local Small Business Development Center.
