Future of SE Austin-any new developments?

Looking to get some info on future prospects of SE Austin in 78617/78725 zip codes. Bought a SFH last year and has appreciated by >100K thanks to Tesla. Do locals believe there is further upside here now that Tesla Giga is fully open?

Is Tesla hiring like crazy to fill jobs? Yes. There is the answer. There will be continued demand for housing and real estate nearby as long as there are jobs being created. Its as simple as supply/demand. At some point it will level out but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Maybe the development that the heavyweight Hines will create will bring enough supply to meet that demand but that development won't happen overnight.
