You will have to get new photos as they own those plus rewrite the ad but that isn't tough.You can do it!

Super lagging markets could take 6 years to catch up, or it could be a trend setter market and change all the time.

I may not be starting out as experienced as a normal Broker does, but I'm pretty sure I'll catch up VERY quickly.

Is it as clean in person as it looks in the photos?

Inexperienced buyers will not catch this but seasoned investors will.

(I am not an attorney, but I do expert witness work FOR attorneys on a variety of mold-related issues.)Often times, I tell folks to take photos of how bad it was in the beginning, how it looked when it was all cleaned up, and then how the finished product (rebuilt area) looks today.  

It’s just that the photos online are all super close ups and I can’t tell if my little specks-of-dirt-like bugs are the moth-like looking drain flies.

Hence, there is no catch-up i.e. a certain $ value has not been paid back before the Sponsor makes money.
