I realize her argument will be the smoking takes place outside but my issue with that is the smoke and its odor can be brought in through clothing, hair and if the windows of the building are opened.

I know a lot of the beauty of that area can be wide open spaces, but with more city folk like me (with new puppies) wanting to avoid hotels, a fence would be a great luxury.

Our preference is to Kauai as it’s just beautiful and more “exclusive” (homes in princeville specifically!)

But I figure that's the beauty of this tool, it provides me with a critical mindset to be able to quickly say "Go" or "No-Go" to a real world example.

I swear, I was pulling out my hair for months trying to figure out why the electric bill was so damn high.  

Beautiful, beyond what I imagined Lessons learned?

For instance, hardwood floors are more easily damaged, and there is hair in the hinter corners of the residence; in the summer, flea treatment is required. 

I love the beauty of the house hack, and the rewards really pay off when it comes time to sell!

@Jonathan Klemm List is going to be at 250 and it's being used as a hair salon which has been there for 6 years I believe.
