My bottom line suggestion, call the Housing Authority for the county, tell them you have a property that may qualify  and just ask them how it works. 

I want to absorb as much knowledge as I can, from like-minded individuals, to become the best investor/agent that I can be.Thank you to everyone here on these forums, whether posters or commenters, all of your words and your advice, truly, does not fall on deaf ears.

That far outweighs any individual property I own.    

The only thing the seller said she is willing to do is to get on the phone with the bank and authorize me (or just conference call the bank) to discuss loan condition to sell me the house. 

It is up to the individual to believe whatever they may choose.

I have been thinking of buying a property in Clarksville and marketing it more as a corporate or military rental and if that didn't pan out I would LTR individual rooms to APSU students. 

I can't remember the authors, but "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" and anything with real estate in the title.

They'll say they can't give the heirs any information because they are not the individuals listed on the loan docs.

Within each category I have individual items that get a dollar figure attached to it.
