Hello Washington DC gurus, I have a studio condo in the district and am adding a wall to the unit so that it now is a 1 br.

Then I want to rent to other part as a studio.

In the mean time are there any books, courses, audio I can get involved with to help me build some knowledge on this topic.

And if i can help in any way i will be delighted..i have heard the audio books and am currently reading the ultimate guide book but i guess i cant seem to know where to start...
