Also, someone else mentioned it, but I would reconsider a home that made you feel uncomfortable getting to in an SUV.

It can be slightly time consuming but I usually feel more comfortable with the numbers when I do it myself.

It’s totally normal to feel hesitant, especially with your first big property purchase, but having the seller cover major repairs and even bring in a structural engineer for a thorough check—that’s a lot of the big-ticket worries off your plate.

That is a pretty gray area that I don't feel super comfortable in but you may feel differently. 2.

I feel like Cpt Obvious on this point but for some reason, people buy into his ever-expanding list of things he panders for profit.
