Thinking a bit more about this, you could all collaborate by using web applications such as google docs, hangout or tools such as ToDoist and Evernote.

I found this discussion about the benefit of having an LLC in this forum, and I remembered reading something about creating individual LLC for each house somewhere on the web.

I have set in on web conferences and hear that anything below 10% is bad.  

I am super new this kind of thing and been looking into the web for some similar circumstances and found nothing. 

Rentec Direct has a tenant facing web portal where tenants log in and use their payment information to pay & report any issues.Rentec Direct automatically adds late fees to their accounts if not paid on time.  

In the past, I used a service that allowed potential tenants to authorize the background check directly in the service's web page, but with not a lot of success. 

All properties under one web-based platform (screening, collecting, document handling, communication, etc). 

It’s way more than just collecting rent... everything from marketing your properties, collecting your rent, screening tenants, web portal for tenants to pay rent and report maintenance issues, etc.  

I'll be honest, I have been researching all over the web just to gain knowledge in markets and analyze - what would I do in this scenario?
