@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.

Is this Nashville IL or Nashville TN? 

I've been investing in real estate since 2017 and have seen that the real money or wealth made in this field is in equity build up moreso than in cash flow.

I have done this several times.

Are properties such as this more appealing to buyers with renters already on leases or will I get more interest and a higher sales price if I sell the property vacant?  

This can be a compromise if not aligned with long-term vision.

@Alex Del Rio welcome and congrats on Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) this brings with it a lot of tax benefits that you didn't have access to before.

I recommend as a first step in your education in this new type of investing - join a Community that is specific to syndication investors.  

I would definitely question a charge like this.
