I looked online but I don't see many reviews.

A few methods include: Real estate conferences (which can be costly), joining paid communities (which can really be costly), the meetups and forums posted in BiggerPockets, local events, and other online softwares that allow you to search for buyers specifically interested in your location and preferences (of which I like freipro.com the best).

Started investing in real estate during Q4 of 2021 because I needed a place to roll over a past retirement account.

I don't want to discriminate and I know it's important to be fair and take into account all income sources such as housing vouchers.

@Andrew HinspaterI recommend finding an accountant that specializes in real estate taxation and LLC formation.

I have heard that I should have an LLC for each home but it seems administratively burdensome to have 100 bank accounts and 100 different tax filings, credits cards, checkbooks, etc...
