I want to be able to borrow against this somehow to give me capital to work on some other development plans that I have.Anyone have any advice on how best to pursue this?

Taking classes to learn how to be a real estate agent really just teaches you the laws and how to pass the test.

I know thinking about what a lot split involves, but not in a strange scenario where the properties have been built since 2012, and we are just trying to adjust their lot / use.

I find it easier to work with people and let them know the boundaries they have to operate in with their pets than to simply say no. 

But I want to know, is it better to buy an investment property first or my own home first? 

I would think I should be mentioned with contact details for tenant to know who the property manager is, but I also wonder what if the landlord decides to remove me as property manager and appoint someone else?

What should I know about buying in FL?

I use pricelabs as a guide but it takes time "in the market" to see how guests are responding to pricing.

Already lived in the area How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

And if not, how can we mitigate roadblocks?
