We rented it out from out of state and went back in the spring and we finished two basements so added 800 square feet, rehabbed the kitchen and baths and made a good chunk on the sale.

It's not in bad shape, needs new flooring throughout and the kitchen is empty (no cabinets or anything) and it's a condo in a very nice center so the only exterior work needed is some landscaping on the small patio.
