Looking for duplex renovation in Austin TX

Hello,

I purchased a duplex in Austin, TX that needs some interior work done (flooring, kitchen, bathroom, some sheetrock, and interior painting, at minimum). Ideally, this is a project I can start in July or August at the latest. Is anyone here available for such a project or could recommend someone? Thanks in advance!
