I hate to sound so negative about that particular situation, unlike a lot of people in the MKE metro area, I've lived in the city for most of the last 22 years and although I could afford to live in Waukesha Cty (where I grew up AND where I wouldn't pay a king's ransom in property taxes, just half a king's ransom!)

My main concern right now is that I will only be able to do RE part time as I already have a full-time job, and I've heard that many brokers don't really want PT agents (which makes sense since their deal volume would be lower).So, to my question, does anyone know of and/or had experience with a broker in the King County, WA area who is willing to accept PT agents?
