Fast talking marketing types get newbies in trouble, there are many who proclaim to be experts that really don't understand the differences between real and personal property and they don't care.Equity is a marketable asset, just like a dollar bill, or a note, accounts receivables, or any instrument representing value in terms of money.

and a larger property might be less attainable for us if mortgage rates jump say 2-3% over the next 5 years.Everyone's expert unbiased opinion (not political opinions please...not trying to open that can of worms) is greatly appreciated!

I used one of the many recommendations, and their customer service, and punctuality was impeccable.However now I need a foundation expert that could repair some of the issues that the structural engineer found.

I am far from an expert in this, but I've noticed many of the HML guys in CA have a Bureau of Real Estate RE Broker license # on their business cards, and/or a CFL #, and not a NMLS number.
