Even from there, you'll have to hand enter the info into a spreadsheet or document if you want to use it for much of anything.Bottom line, if you value your time at all, you'll end up using a paid service.

Our strategy is to have long term amortizing loans that are paid off as we enter retirement.

The violations can take 8+ months to get entered into the system, and the hearing another 3+ months on top of that.

you received it on day 32, I think its pretty likely he followed the laws...also, if you damaged the place so bad that he used the deposit in full and has to ask for more, you're entering a moral grey area by thinking you can screw him over more on a one day technicality that may not even exist.

You will need to enter the basic information on them (name/email/contact), they do the rest.
