Where is the best place to go to learn the step by step math you need to know to analyze deals?

Last night I went through about 20 properties analyzing deals for myself.

With the market the way it is, selling a property just to buy another is probably an expensive option, especially in Huntsville which seems to have suppressed returns right now (I've only analyzed a handful of deals from there though). 

I’ve been analyzing about 10 properties per day as part of my homework using the BP rental property analysis calculator as a Pro member.

These are two separate strategies and you need to know how to analyze deals when sellers are using either strategy or a combination. 

I’ve accepted it happened and analyzed all of my processes to try and prevent this from happening again.
