Nope I am in Portlandia  and have worked in Vancouver never up your area.. should be easy enough.. most larger sized civil engineering  companies will have a land planner on staff.. they will do it all for you.. once you get your pre plat approved ...

Being a general contractor, I feel that the right GC's Project Manage their own jobs and/or they have PM's on their staff that do the little things to keep the ball rolling on a day to day process.  

The house is a very cute brick house with all high quality staff.

@Mindy Jensen      Mindy not sure if I am making sense but after your staff kindly tried to help me navigate the leads this is the conclusion I have come to.. the simple fix would be in my mind the comment section added to the list of leads on your  whatever you call it your wall or back office etc.. 

Through his connections I was approved for a line of credit and he is also sending a member of his staff to personally come to me for a 3 day one on one training session. 

Brian and his growing staff are great with answering questions.  

Heard a hair raising bad stories on NPR about summer camp staffing, not showing up, the kids show up, no staff, food can't be delivered, staff quits.
