Baltimore County rings the city almost like a horseshoe, and people tend to use those 2 interchangeably.Certain submarkets in Baltimore City are very solid.

I like that balance as I can learn faster/sleep better at night than being completely hands off without having to be at the mercy of the phone ringing.

While I feel for those who are struggling cause I’d love to see everyone succeed and I have respect for anyone willing to throw their hat in the ring, it will make the industry stronger in the long run in my opinion.

If and only when the owner is ready to sell the property will your phone ring.
