Well, the story started in 2009. 2009: 1st year in the United States for getting my master’s degree in computer science, fell in love with web design and web development.2010: Graduated from school and started working full-time at a logistics company with very minimum wages (I didn’t know at the time) at around 3K a month and long-hour day (10-12 hours a day).Fast forward to 2012: Quitted my first job and joined a tech startup as a junior front end developer, learned a ton of stuff about writing codes.2013: Got married and got to know Biggerpockets by listening to the podcasts every day while taking my wife to work back and forth.

To get a deal on a tax lien sale you just have to look at 100's of them, make sure and have all your research done so you know exactly what you are buying, come up with a price where you can make some money for each house and then be ready to bid on all of them that sell for less than that price. All of the tax lien sales I have been to have been pretty well published so there are between many dozens up to several hundreds of people bidding on them, so I don't think I have ever purchased a property at a tax auction for a dirt cheap price. But I like to buy in larger cities, to get a dirt cheap price you would probably need to look at a bunch of really small counties in the middle of no where and follow those sales, that's where your likely to have a lot less competition.
