Purchase my Personal Residence under LLC
Hello,
I am married and planning to purchase my Personal Residence in California under single member LLC. What about the 121 exemption if I purchase it under single member LLC?

Not sure if you’re aware but in California no County Recorder-Assessor’s office publishes property owners’ info online. (You could go into their office and get the info, but it’s not available from their website.)
On the other hand, info on the owners/members of LLCs is readily available to the public online. So a LLC may not provide you the privacy you're after.
