I have video if anyone wants to see it.

I have watched the tutorial videos, and I know they have phone support, but I learn better by seeing and doing.

There were times I used to put camaras in my listings to control the flux of showing and I will tell you how scaring things I saw on the videos.

I will be posting photos and videos as I go along, as I know how much everyone loves to watch the visual transformation of a project ( I know I do ).The first step is to wait for transfer date and hope that the druggie tenant decides to move out and not cause any problems.

I've been doing it for 11 years so she's at least a good enough sport not leave me. 

Richard, there is a lot of information here on BP, videos, blogs etc. take a look around the site. also going to local Real Estate Investment meetings to learn and meet contacts will help you. i do this part time and i'm sure a lot of members here do as well, i wouldn't quit my day job unless you have enough properties, financially stable and find that this business needs more of your attention to grow.

I would video the sellers that are in foreclosure in Nevada reading the CYA Doc below next to your attorney and your notary.

(They might plead poverty but I drove by the other day and the lead guy is sporting a new Porsche Carrrera) Hardly impoverished...

Does it come with DVD instructional videos or what does it include?
