I've started my investment education journey about six months ago and have been soaking up a lot of physical information via books/videos/articles/forums and I'm looking to start going to meetups and events that can expand my network and hopefully get me in the same room with other investors interested in JV's or rental ventures in general.

Right now its via Travelers, but your broker should be able to shop it for you. 

I am primarily looking for properties that can be obtained via creative financing. 

Essentially, you introduce yourself as the new owner, provide them instructions for paying rent to you instead of the old owner, and tell them how they can contact you to report maintenance (set boundaries).

They are consistently rated #1 and #2 by Consumer Reports via about 200,000 questionnaires filled out by homeowners who subscribe to Consumer Reports.They are also the most expensive insurance carriers….but like I said, you get what you pay for.Hope this helps,Ken

If you want to connect a buyer and seller you have two main ways of doing it, principally or via an agent.

Just being honest the odds of not only finding a condo but finding and close on a condo via conventional financing between today the 10th and Dec 1st will be borderline impossible.

@Nick Philippakos I house hacked a multi via a FHA loan and one thing you need to keep in mind is getting out of the FHA loan.
