Many advancements in manufacturing technology were made there, the city was flush with startup capital, and it became a magnet for the brightest minds who wanted to be on the cutting edge.

Keep in mind with todays technology there are no longer any secrets, no anonymity.

It's nuts that jobless (or low-earning) college kids are buying iPhones/iPads/gadgets, summer vacations to Brazil, designer clothes, high-end makeup/crap/haircuts, going out partying and to pricey clubs, etc. all they while they have low-income (or no income) and are living off student loans delaying their debt to future years.

Besides it’s 2020 and we should be going digital and keeping up with the technology.

As technology is changing and being redesigned do you know of something similar to appfolio to the newcomers with smaller apartment units 16-32 that may be as good as and more economical?

With technology now it is becoming easier to acquire properties farther away and having a solid team to run the day to day.  

But your accountant doesn't necessarily have to be local to you with the technology these days.

As technology becomes wide spread with park residents, I think this issue will sort itself out.

I joined the Marines and was an F-18 Electrician for four years before coming back to CT and getting a BS in Electronics Technology.

Technology has closed this gap pretty well.
