I have heard I need a team which makes all the sense in the world: RE Agent, RE attorney, General Contractor, Lender, Mentor- my head is spinning!

A mortgage broker is next on my list of team members to add.

I have some boots on the ground there already and looking to build a team.

But if you decide to invest out of state, you got to find someone trustworthy as your "boots-on-the-ground" team.

My current goal is to eventually have a few rental properties with enough passive income to live reasonably well.To your point as well, it would be awesome to have a team of agent, lender and general contractor to do all this.

I'd like to join a team that does the full range of investing from finding, analyzing, buying, fixing, flipping, holding, rentals so that I can be fully immersed in the business.

Hi @Kasra Moradi - If you're looking to get motivated seller leads, I wouldn't use Facebook as a platform to run ads to a cold audience (people who don't know about you), however, for buyer leads it can be pretty powerful.My team works with a lot of real estate agents and Facebook is great for building up your database FAST and placing all of those leads on long-term drip campaigns - it's a good way to start out and start building your pipeline...Just be aware that the leads that come through Facebook 90% of the time are NOT motivated leads - a lot of them are going to be window shopping with the mindset of "Yeah...

@Robert Shedden great job jumping in...it took me 6 years to build up the equity and the knowledge to buy my next property "correctly"...surround yourself with a great team and you'll be on your way!

Hell, most of the 'team' I worked with - broker, GC, loan officer, etc. - I have literally never met in person.
