His lawyers tried to blame me for the poor quality work but I presented them with a signed contract cancellation which let me off the hook and not liable or responsible to provide the seller with one single bit more than what he had already been provided before he cancelled his contract with me, and on top of it I also presented my unpaid bills.

It blinks that it's going bad for about a month before it ceases to work.When you have a long term lease with tenants, you sign that they assume responsibility for furniture and if it's damaged you charge their security deposit for it.

In my personal experience, I've only had positive responses when I've told people about my REI business.I was a renter myself for most of my adult life.
